I have always been interested in haunted placed. There are various places in my area that I believe are haunted. I live between Jacksonville and Gainesville, Florida. However, I am going to venture out of my town and tell you 5 haunted places that I would like to visit one day.

5. The Fayette County Courthouse
This is a courthouse that is located off of National Road US 40. It is in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, if any of you are interested in visiting it. It is said to be haunted. Legend says that they used to hand people from the balcony on the clocktower at the courthouse.
For those of you fascinated by eerie, ghostly lore, the Fayette County Courthouse might just chill your spine. The tales whisper of spectral figures glimpsed in its corridors and the clang of invisible chains echoing through the halls long after nightfall. 4. Alcatraz
Alcatraz was used as a prison from the year 1850 to 1963. It was used as a prison before the military started using it in 1850, actually. Native American tribes have used this as a prison. Either way you stack it, if you like things that are haunted, then this would be a great place to visit.
