In our world today meditation has an important role for eliminating stress, relaxing and for exploring the deeps of our spiritual nature. No matter what purpose we use meditation, it will always do good to us. Some use candle , other use perfumes or different smell to help in the process…
5. Clary Sage Oil
It’s aroma has healing properties for emotions, body and mind, it’s odor is known to heal depression and gives you a good mood, it takes stress away, equilibrates feelings, annihilates fears, this plant is extraordinary, being used in traditional healing for centuries. Pregnant women should avoid this because it can cause contractions.
4. French Lavender Oil
This ingredient purifies the air, releases angry feelings, calms muscular pains and has a floral smell. It was used for a long time as a perfume, later has been introduced in aromatherapy. It calms headaches.
3. Lemongrass Oil
Its odor is refreshing, tonic, clears the mind, stimulates it, lifts your soul, takes away fear, depression, anxiety, helps when you’re tired to recover. It’s a good analgesic and astringent.
2. Bergamot Oil
Smells like lemon and flowers combined, it’s made from outer peels of oranges, this aromatic oil makes anger and depression disappear. It is also antibiotic, stimulant, analgesic, antispasmodic.

This ingredient placed between the eyebrows during meditations opens the third eye releasing visions, it also keeps away negative feelings and energies.
Aromatics are used for purifying the meditation place or for increasing the altered state. These can be used in the bath tub or in a bowl on the table or near you. Each of this scents have natural healing attributes, there are more others but each one is good when meditating. Do you have a an oil that suits you?
