I could always say “kids, don’t try this at home,” but then, who am I to tell you what to do? That would make you want to do it anyways, wouldn’t it? Sure it would. I am going to give you 5 things for beginners on astral projection.
Table of contents:
- have knowledge
- don’t do it by yourself
- improve your concentration
- use an exit technique
5 Have Knowledge
If you do not have any knowledge on Astral Projection, then please, don’t even attempt to try it. It is not worth getting stuck in the astral plane or wherever you may go when you astral project. Make sure you gain your fair share of knowledge on the topic before you even attempt to try it.
4 Don’t do It by Yourself
I really do not recommend you doing this by yourself. You should always have someone with you while you are astral projecting. Why? Because it could be dangerous – point blank.
When you are doing astral projection, it is important to make sure you are relaxed. If you jump into it with a mind that is all bubbly and stressed out, you may not get anywhere. In order for this to work, you will need to have a relaxed mind.
2 Improve Your Concentration
Astral projection can be exciting and there is no denying this. However, you are not going to get anywhere, unless you learn to improve your concentration. If you are not getting anywhere with astral projection, then try techniques that will help improve your concentration.
1 Use an Exit Technique
You need an astral projection technique that you can use to get out of your body. There are many different techniques you can use, such as imagining a rope hanging over your head and imagining pulling on it.
There you have 5 things for beginners on astral projection. So, why are you interested in this topic?
